Yes it is, positive news for GBP.

...a lot of momentum behind that move on back of Uk Boe Mpc member words (?) Have to wait for 'strong' potential res to even consider going against it...price just entered 4hr part of that prev 1hr/4hr x 3/minor dly sw hi zone....3899 the current dly hi. Above this prev sw hi zone to 3910 the prev 1hr/4hr prev sw hi zone to 3940. Dly R2 circa 3942 (Dly R1 circa 3901.) 4hr below.

It really bounce of the key TL which gave pretty big swings in recent past... only the thing is bounce has been getting shorter from that... maybe today we break 39.. if dont than its going to be in range..
