The drop into 3820 was just London fix...GU is still "buy the dip" into next week. Might be wrong, of course.

I tend to agree.. 1.3862 is important level on daily.
bulls can make it easily today. I will wait to attack 1.396.
in this case the whole bearish story may change.

Now switched to swing mode again, building shorts from 1.3810 to 1.3900 to target 1.35 this July... Done with intraday...

Look at how well the 3750-3800 area is holding up...it might need 4100+ to be able to break it.

That June big bear candle has invalidated 1.4100 area, you may have to check July 2014 for clues... Also noteworthy that the yearly distance of 1500 average pips is not complete, we still have additional 700 more pips to break either 1.4249 or 1.3450.

Thirdly, hardly do you see 3 consecutive bullish finish to the end of the year (2019 and 2020) ended bullish, price is now poised to touch 1.28 by or before December 2021...

There is 51% chance for bull for following reasons -

  1. 38960 didn't reached yet
  2. DXY is still down.
  3. Rally was smooth to top and MM had to sudden sell because of buyers pressure
  4. Now the fight near 50/50 but look at RSI it is not overbought yet.
  5. Check M5 chart, a new bullish rally is about to start
  6. Stoch value should be over 80 to go sell.

On the other side MACD seems a divergence which refers to sell side. Conflict and conflicts.


After all MM will decide who to be the winner.
