Thanks Pat! Your posts and philosophy are very helpful to me and I’m sure to many others. I agree that traders are their own biggest problem, learning to blame myself and not the market was really the tipping point. I don’t fight the market anymore, I try to make friends with it.

When I’ve finished the article I’ll stick it on google docs and share a link for anyone who is interested. Hopefully that will answer some questions and generate some interesting feedback to improve the concept further.

from last week when i won 500 $ i was struggling up and down with 300$ , was down to 140 yesterday , but today

It's a work in progress but here is a more complete explanation of the 5 Element system for anyone who is interested.
I know it is about psychology rather than Cable but I don't trade any other currencies and have a lot of respect for the traders here - most of you anyway!

Any constructive criticism or feedback would be much appreciated. I hope to work on editing it too.

There is nothing magical about these ideas, the point of it all is simply to help generate and promote growth ideas and actions in the face of the unknown and simultaneously to control diminishing ideas and actions. Essentially, it is about making better decisions.

Overthinked it on this occasion though, broke my rules by taking a short when we were reacting off of HTF demand. Is what it is. Luckily got out unscathed, but took zero pips on Friday.
