I did it since I have received some request after posting the weekly analysis. So I have tried to give a live exemple on how I use it, and my strategy on long TF.

Took profit on both positions. First position +149, second position +237
So, the average for the full size posizion is 193 pips in 9 days
The stop loss was at -31. After first retracement, moved SL at BE, than in profit
So Risk:Reward has been 1:6,2

As per MM risked 3%, so gained 18,6% with just one trade
Maximum drawdown -7 the day after

So, the total gain for this setup up has been 18%

Remember, this trade is based on Higher time frames, that's why it lasted 9 days.
I'm not a scalper. I don't spend 24 hours in front of the monitor, no stress, I have all the free time for my hobbies. I use the alerts that come to my phone when the price reaches some interesting levels.
Everyone has their own style, uses the TFs they prefer and the strategies they find best for themselves. This is my favorite one, for me, it may not be for you.
Try different strategies until you find the one that best suits your character and lifestyle.

Today NFP, I don't trade it and have no idea how it's going to go. I will do the usual analysis after the weekly close, waiting for the price to rise a bit and prepare for the next bearish setup.

That's great man. Doing the analysis is one thing but having the patience and courage to execute on both sides of the trade is a whole other thing entirely. I got in at 1.40 and out at 1.39 the next day but even that took a lot for me. Having the courage of your convictions in trading requires the kind of confidence that comes from experience. I pretty much have to scalp at my stage because I don't have the emotional control to hold trades over several days.
