Haha-hopefully it was taken as a helpful nudge, I often do the same thing- staying disciplined and only taking a trade if it's too good to pass up can be very difficult but it's very much the key to consistency I think. Thing is, once you've taken one of those impatient trades, and it goes south. Then the situation becomes even worse because you can become impatient again to get your money back, and you go down a rabbits hole.

I saw it, there was actually a buy there according to my rules (HTF demand then m5 demand, could have entered on the bear candle when it re-tested). I don't usually trade this close to NFP but it ticked the boxes for me, had TL confluence too.
