I certainly agree. I think you, Bones, and I are talking about the same thing just pointing out that it's not engulfing as per the definition .. We agree it's a bearish close regardless of the pattern.

Considering the strong close, more rapid bearish moves are expected this JULY.
Let's see how they play it out

its bearish below Vincents open I estimate it at 13830 = for the month
Now the weekly and monthly broke straight off I think it will go straight to support this week

that inverted served the test the line purpose ,its false

...re discussion about the mthly...no doubt that in and of itself the PA candle pattern is potentially bearish...we had a bearish engulf in Sept 2020 that didn't follow thru lower of course, this time the hi @ 3482 as price encountered supply in the prev sw hi zone to 3515 (see chart below,) and on that occasion there was a repeating pattern of bearish osc div 1hr to dly, whereas this time @ 4249 (ie encountering supply in the prev sw Hi zone to 4376) a repeating pattern of bearish osc div extended to the wkly t/f, and the potential resistance is arguably more' significant.'

Mthly below.

I agree Harami is a weak signal that usually requires confirmation. However, not all Harami confirms. See on the left, the past candle was a full blown harami and if we measure, they are probably the same length.

Although I consumed a lot of candlestick knowledge in my genesis days, I still think it's limited because there will always be someone better than me out there. Having said that, I open to learn if you will be willing to teach with some concrete ideas as to why this cannot be considerred a HARAMI.

...there's regular bullish osc div @ the current dly lo from 3min - 4hr t/f's...what the potential supp is there I have no real idea lol! 5min shown below. Plenty of potential sbr above.

Reached 50% of today's current fall in double quick time....

I think the June candle is almost the same length as the May one. He talks abous smaller, really smaller body. That's why the name "pregnant" (mother and baby). Right, he doesn't say how small, but the concept looks clear
