I have a feeling that 13860 area might not be the area for swing. It looks as if we can probably see some lows here. Will adjust my SL accordingly

moty , can i give some opinion ? xD

i trade usually looking from biggest picture frame ( weekly/monthly and back to daily ) to confirm the trend first . and using H4 to lowest TF for best entry . that what i always do. if you trade biggest frame Trend , you just need focus on one side like sell , you focus on sell opportunity except you are scalping all possible(sometimes i do it also for little peny )

but the point is , what you see is what you trade . ignore all the dizzy candle . focus on the naked chart , you can see the clearly image with naked chart

Determine your maximum draw down, don't modify it, stick to it. If it hits let it happen, don't enter a new trade right away, collect yourself and determine a new trade entry, let the market come to you.
