I explained about the correlation. Are you familiar with the term "correlation"? And that trading instruments and currency pairs are correlated with each other?
Counterquestion. When the USD/CHF rises - is the USD rising or the CHF falling? To understand this, you need to look at the rest of the pairs with the USD and CHF, including the EUR/USD.

I decided to sell USD/CHF, fundamentals indicate that USD/CHF should go down. Because of the tapering and overnight swap decision, market made a crazy move upwards. That's temporary because it's not supported by the other important fundamental factors.

Here, you can see that CHF is actually stronger than USD now:

Interesting view, I am trying to understand fundamentals but can not go deeper only know a bit, its chf gdp growth is better than us, but somehow us is the biggest factor to move major pair, my country Kiwi nzd is better economy data too but still nzdusd can not give a fight yesterday same with neighbor Aussie even data is good

Good luck mate, in my view now it should go down for retrace, 2 days upward movement must be many traders want to do profit taking, it will cause price to go lower, I agree last 2 days over reaction on market but we are just retail we only able to follow. No one right, everybody can have its view from any points.

hit 0.923, next 0.931 and I open a new long targetting to 0.942 now

it formed 3 soldiers formation with the last soldier is not so strong as 2 previous, but still is a sign of a new era, and it is on D1 not H or M, meanwhile W1 still need more confirmation it need comes to more than 944, and it all depends on big banks, they are the movers

I read the Fed statement tapering is not begin yet only will do rate rises in 2022, now stronger usd can hurt us exportir and might be its chain industry like its suppliers, its loan on banks, etc.. are they really ready for that? is really economy recovery happening or just still trying to recover, it just recovered from pandemic. The Fed need to come again with a new statement to stabilize usd. Just my opinion

Here's my analysis for a potential USD/CHF trade if the dollar shows weakness in the report at 12:15 GMT. I've just turned 18 so im new to this. Don't trust my analysis haha. This is only if the report goes bad for the dollar.
