Just scalping today, can't complain but really ought to hold some positions for longer. Looking back on the day I can see a lot of money left on the table.
It will be interesting to see where the week closes. A bounce is probable from 1.39 but I am looking at 1.38 for the close at least as I still believe the breakout will be proportionate to the consolidation period, and it has been consolidating for over a month.

he increased 1mil to 4.3mil in 5 months and lost mostly on silver&gold longs.

I never analyse 1 minute, I have started to look at it to try and find more precise entries. Regarding Gold, I was thinking (long-short) maybe gold was in this channel and I thought I will go for it..I do not know what happen yesterday but USD just go strong in an instant..I got caught despite seeing the scenario..I was actually trading this.

It happens to me a lot where I analyse correctly but something happens and I seem to wither..Anyways its all a learning curve
Regarding not replying, please understand I work in a hospital I finish late in the evening and I have to spend time with the Mrs, look at trades so I can keep in touch and post occasionally. Basically bro..I do not have too much time

Please don't take it personally

50% - 1.39029 reached.

Now we go to 1.39824 to finish this week...

Next week little bit up, little bit down (consolidation) and the last three days of this month will bring us down to 1.39268

Hi Brother.

Just want to share how I manifest to becoming a disciplined trader.....

Always analyse my wekaness in taking the trades. But what about my lessons, what about what I learnt.

Well I learnt quite a few things this month, I made a few mistakes but they are all things I can learn from.

1. Don't make up trades... What I mean by this is sometimes I am tempted to put support or resistance lines in just for the sake of it, just so I have a reason to trade. This can lead to lots of problems... trading the wrong setups, over trading but the most important thing for me is the fact that when I enter a trade on such lines I always have that feeling in the back of my head that I did something wrong or I could be wrong, which as you all know are the worst things psychologically you can experience. So to avoid these thoughts I simply only trade setups which I am totally confident on, Loss of Opportunity is better than loss of capital right.

2. The other main thing that I learnt was to look at longer term levels... I usually only pick levels that occurred during the Asian session... I found that one of my losses could of been avoided if I took levels from a few days or weeks ago into consideration.
Anyway these are my thoughts and am looking forward to improve....

Hopefully I can have another good month....
