Disliked{quote} Hey I get the idea behind building positions, but some of your positions are taken at the same time, for the same size. Not sure of the logic behind it. Not criticising, just trying to understand. Thanks.Ignored
DislikedNothing to add here, I haven’t traded today and can’t see any trades I like. Instead today has been an inspiration day, reading some Thomas Carlyle. I thought I’d share a few quotes - hope you don’t mind. He was a great satirist and mathematician, among other things, and few activities deserve satire more than forex trading! Disliked{quote} Bang. Busted. Something to learn : 1.) Did I do anything wrong - Nope, I followed my trading plan. Results are immaterial. Key is to follow your trading plan. 2.) Whats is the take on this trade - One loss does not decide whether i am unprofitable. I will need to keep follow my plan. 3.) Improvements : I should have locked in with BE which I did not do, I was busy posting in FF for people to learn.

Disliked{quote} I think, it's more related to the time of the day. It's late and London closed which left with small trading ranges. I've seen , You have strong technical analysis during normal/peak trading hours. And sometimes the ranges are pretty tight and even experienced range traders will sit on their hands. If your going to trade that way you'll need to establish your own rules for range trading. No matter what your style, patience will always be an element. Good nite.Ignored

Disliked{quote} I use algo for trade management. Algo will calculate for me risk/exposure per trade. My basis is 1.5% total risk for 10 lot trade split into 9 or 10 open position. Algo will help me to enter at high speed entry, sometimes there are two identical entry within seconds apart. The split position are used in case I choose to partial closed some position, normally before red news. All trade decision are based on technical analysis, not algo.Ignored
