Short or Long both are right to their own analysis, as long manage the fund properly.

Indeed. Looking at H4 i can see accelerating bearish move (four red candles where every next candle is bigger than the previous). This could be an indication of something strongly bearish cooking up.

Adx is still under 20, possible for up again, also sar barrier still uptrend,,
If looking for down better wait for 1.4100 for target 1.40xx

it doesn't matter short or long its all about the timing.
most of the screamers here love to be DD 100 pips then when the price recover to their sides they so happy with 1 pip profit. you know, the "FUND" analyst (everyone is an expert economist
and the most funny is we still in the range 1.41-1.42 and they found themselves DD 100 pips.

1 daily candle below 1.41 and we probably see 1.3975-1.4

I agree it is not even bad one, its not one at all, H&S is second to Diamond pattern, highest probability of success in forex trading, lastly the H&S is not the tradeable pattern but the neckline breakout and retest is :-)

I have recognized three valid confluences for an buy opportunity

1. Support zone is not violated
2. trend support is not broken satisfactory
3. Divergence on 1HR

However, This pa is tricky, I shall wait for 1H candle close with smaller TF for entry.
