Your question is valid Loey. To answer your question, Yes I keep adding but make no mistake, I use way tiny lots than my account size. it's true we all have a certain level of greed and tend to overtrade but not me because I manage other people's funds and can't afford to play around MM as that remains my backbone. I can lose a couple of trades but retain capital by all means.

Just to give you a clue, I won't mention the currency, Imagine trading a 3+M account but you only take trades around 0.10 or less. Crazy right? I know. I do that because in reality, NOBODY knows exactly where the market is going. We are just all speculating.

'We don't know where the market is going, but we know how much we stand to gain or loss' why not manage what we know?

Please ask more if need be.

It's over when it's over , now we have stops above 1.42025 ... a few stop runs and come back to trap new entries in that area.My limit and TP orders are sitting at 1.42050..nothing changes my plan

You have given me a new perspective, I normally start my trade very low but increase as it accumulates which are easily wiped out, but as a newbie Am learning step by step. Hopefully I'll be able to stop the drain going forward. Another virtue I've discovered is patience, it really does pay.

Glad my post could help. I have done that before and it never ended well. I stress the idea of micro lotting regardless of account size. The market is not going anywhere anytime soon so why do I have to be in a hurry? It's difficult to get rid of the 'FOMO' at first but after so many losses, one MUST learn.

My surname means 'PATIENCE' even though I was not always patient at first.
