intraday trader like me dont like to be on the wrong side today, even if it drop 500 tomorrow.

Yes, I have booked too. If you're intraday/5m TF on cable, highly recommended to book and reload later. There are dozens of opportunities a day. Grab 2 or 3 (or whatever you need), in and out, then walk away. The longer you hold, the more you feel entitled to the max level it reached as it retraces. Better to zap such emotions and book it.

If you got say 3-4xR on that last drop then you've already asked a lot from the market. Asking for more and you're chances of getting taken out with nothing or worse, a loss, greatly increase. Just my way, obviously a swing trader looking for 300 pips will look at that statement with confusion.

usually do double top with higher than before to take down SL
