Frankfurt deliver short setup on hourly,
first target 1.4082
second target 1.4038
third target 1.3988

sl should be 5 pips above yesterday high.

Like yesterdays manipulation, don't fight it just go with it and buy

For breakout trading like that it can actually work really well, just wait for a more decisive move and pullback before trading, if they're just nudging out of the edge than be prepared that they're just tripping stops and will move in the opposite direction

It can work on lower TF. But better not to sell at the bottom of ranging period that has already lasted so many hours. We never really can know when they will end. Also, they tend to shift lightly upwards or downwards so any reaches out of their limits usually means nothing. Needs more confirmation... We are always learning ! Cheers Theoak !

Another approach-be prepared for the false break and trade the opposite (scalp). Good chance it will break out the top of that range now

M5 timeframe can defo be profitable though, they pull this shit on all TFs, nobody is safe

I normally would be out at 4127, but am weighing in the probability that 4150 will be retested with the help of this first good volatility burst of the day.

So, the pullback in the weekly uptrend looks like it might have been only to 3669 and the 'with uptrend' move might have restarted there as price has risen from there so far to y/day's 4158 hi. (4242 the current uptrend hi on that wkly t/f.) That prev 1hr/4hr swing hi zone to 4131 then there the 1st two upside obstacles on 1hr. Above there the prev 4hr swing hi zones to 4182 from 25th Feb, then 4206 from the 24th feb before the 'major' previous dly/wkly/minor mthly swing hi zone to 4242.

2 x tests now of the 4105 area on the pullback from said 4158 and twice support has been encountered.

Any deeper pullback could find support @/about those previous swing hi's starting at 4017/09?

Currently looking constructive overall.

I saw it, and left it.. unfortunately I'm very prone to getting a 'swing' or longer term idea in my head and it leads me to ignore good scalp opportunities on both sides, and leave profits on the table...gradually trying to beat this tendency out of myself.. Looks good on your trade, congrats.

Morning all, yesterday’s daily closure at the top 20% of the daily candle iss indicative of a continuation of the bull move today. The big boys have not closed their long positions yet and they will not miss the chance to add, to make more money. I anticipate another green candle today. Frankfurt open tried to bring it lower, which I’d call it a fake move and I guess London will prove it wrong after 0900 am GMT. This is my 4H line chart for the whole month I shall look for a short set up to scalp counter trend around 1.4175-1.4185 with a very tight stop just above the channel.. Otherwise once GBPUSD breaks 1.4187 and goes above the channel, there will be no hope for the bears until 1.4323 IMO
