Now that the dancing has stopped. Buy stop 1.39855. Long term. Needs to be closing above 1.4 before end of day, else I close and revise next week.
If I don't mention SL and/or TP = longer-term setup possibly in the works!

Last month, some people criticised me when i said USD will collapse against GBP and EUR. They also made fun of me because i said that high Growth Rates and Inflation depreciates the currency. So today, US Average Hourly Earnings came 0.7% more than expected which basically means more money earned is more money supplied. That's why value of USD decreased today. Supply.

You can look what i have wrote about GBP/USD few days ago, look what i have wrote last month. Was i wrong? No. That's basic macroeconomics people. I even quoted parts from my University level Economics book. Yet some people here still laughed at me, smh.

Some of them even went further and said "don't talk, take action"

Well mate good traders always wait for the opportunity to present itself. If your timing is bad, don't ever try to open a trade.

How do you explain the massive pump in the dollar over Q1 then, you might need to reinvest your 100 bucks in a behavioural economics textbook for that one. You don't need textbooks to understand supply and demand on a price chart anyway, you only need a set of eyes.

USD is not the only currency with dovish policies. In Q1 USD's dovish policies were slower than right now because Biden's government was actually new. In time, he continued these dovish policies more aggressivelly which made USD lose it's value faster than GBP, JPY and EUR. So basically in Q1, USD was dovish but it seemed more hawkish fundamentally compared to others. You can look it up.

By the way when i say Supply and Demand, i don't mean those "magical" zones. I used to trade them when i was a newbie 3 years ago, they were complete failure. I mean real supply and demand which you may track using COT Reports.

We all have a set of eyes, yet a minority of traders are profitable including me, as you can see from my screenshot and my previous posts, especially last month.

And thanks mate i have lots of behavioural economics books as a bachelor. I can suggest some of my favourites.

GU will be interesting next week. Tapering on cards however 2 consecutive negative growth months will add to recession talks.

could be a sideline week with some movement from election results as a factor.
