As usual there's both a bull and bear case. There's a W pattern on daily so this retracement leg was expected, but it suggests then further up after. And we are coming back to test a daily TL. 1.38 makes sense for retracement so I can see the case to look for buys, there's' no way I would throw in a set and forget buy order though

Instinct says another powerful short move coming up though, so that's what i'm expecting. Didn't get the up move on dxy today but it will have a powerful retracement pretty soon. And GBP has further weakness to show I think, looking across other pairs. Looks like it might be a nice daily engulfing candle too.

Well done everyone who caught the bear move today, that was as close to a gimme as you get in forex. Going long at the start of the day would have been madness with all that supply around 1.39 and above. At one point I was thinking of scalping long in the afternoon but really glad I did not.

Just going to watch tomorrow see how it's looking. A break below 1.38 would confirm bearishness

Have to love it when a plan comes together. It seems the Euro decoupling from the Pound now. We could see some nice moves going into the week.
EurGbp having a nice run-up, the best I have seen in a while.

I will have to check out EURGBP more now, thanks Wave. I'm big into correlations to try and get an edge, it was the key for me. For some reason I never checked out EG though. Cheers.
