For me, GU will range between 1.3820 and 1.3880 today. To break this range needs a catalyst or trigger. What is the possible catalyst? I can not find any.
who can find any possible catalyst to break this range?

There are a few fomc types - support acts really speaking today but other than not no known scheduled event risks that I can see...and they are unlikely to move it (much?) Who knows, the market will do what it will do. Seems a reasonable scenario though.

There are indeed a few fomc official speeches, but their topics are not related to monetary policy, so the impact will be very limited.
Big market move usually has some kind of excuse, such as someone's speech, or data release, or DXY move. If none of these things happens, GU will range, won't move much. This is my observation!
