Bouncing off S1 it “could” go above and close around 13910 to give the bulls a better weekend or keep below 139 for a bear necessities show next week.

I missed this news...but sharing maybe somebody else has some interest.

I don't have much knowledge about its impact but what I can say that Bond yields may go lower and hence if this has been the case for strong USD, then that might get weak in upcoming days..until FED comes up with something new to make it strong again.

That's just my assumption, there are many knowledgeable experts here who could comment better.
My observation may be wrong but intent correct. Stay calm!
