Hi Guys,
There is a fine line between right and wrong. I must say that I got it wrong on this one. I had 4 sell trades stopped out at breakeven and one at a 50 pip stop loss. My monthly pivot at 1.39266 the line in the sand for me. A daily close above 1.390000 and 1.39266 could really swing the tide in favor of bulls, I have short trades at 1.3900 and just below. It is iffy at the mo.

I think you are right tonight’s close will give a better indication. From what I have seen cable didn’t pierce 138 even though it tried a few times. Likewise so far we have seen a few failed attempts over 139.

Leon, complicated business...belwo DX chart. If DX closes above 92.460 my labeling is wrong...if the DX goes down the ride won't be smooth b/c the correction was too deep. Today's bearish bar is promising for longs in GU...just share my observation.

I am wondering if there is a fundamental reason that could cause the GBP to collapse in all pairs, and for example to bring GBPUSD to around 1.22 ?
All this in less than two months...I know, it's crazy...

Other than a sharp change in monetary policy, nothing comes to mind.

Among the various simulations I have a pattern on the Weekly chart that suggests this very remote possibility.
But I wonder if this simulation is really possible, even if personally I don't believe it...most of the times the pattens work better than what I think. I don't trade what I think, I trade what the patterns suggest, since patterns are based on statistically possible movements

todays candle close will be very important especially for some pairs right now uj although today has been very bearish it is still HH HL Daily of course bearish reversal will need another candle to confirm gj is HH HL however possible reversal daily candle if close inverted hammer, again will require next candle to confirm hence short-medium term traders will need to wait for better indication longer term traders aka me, both are in strong bullish trend, no brainer but also no new trades until confirmation

cable weekly we are still in pullback mode 2weeks ago powerful bearish reversal candle last weeks continuation cand (big body spinning top aka confusion) this week so far similar albeit presently with HL it is similar situation spinning top aka confusion, Im thinking she will keep pulling back with the big battle ground around 1 3700ish to even get there she will need to print a LL sub 1 3777,same as above short term traders playing with fire in spinning top candles, medium and long term monthly last month she entered previous highs aka resistance and was strongly rejected she monthly weekly is still bull trend but near resistance, for me I am trading the pull back with expectation of very nice early entry of big reversal:-) risky but very rewarding:-)

UJ monthly self explanatory what was interesting hard to see but this month she actually has pierced that falling tl nad was rejected nothing else shows a reason other than psych 109 000 and/or 38 fib repeat possible reversal or explosive rocket??
