I am here to guide anyone who need assistance. Ok yes, I can go commercial and sell my techniques, but i bet it wont work for anyone in long term. If I just want money, yes I can. Different character attracted to different profession by norm. Not everyone can become a surgeon and not everyone can become a farmer. You need to come back to yourself before choosing this profession. Why trading? No matter what is the reason behind it, Trading is simply 80% Money Management, 10% Technique, 10% Psychology. It requires certain characteristics to be built for this profession. Yes it all takes time to reshape yourself to get graduated.

Anyone who puts it their believes in commercial section is only for some hidden motive. I am not here to comment about them. One can learn to believe and believe again and again and switch again forever. That's what people are doing here for long time on any context.

I can teach you + - / x and some algorithms. But without knowing where, how and when to apply the formula, you will just become a parrot that repeats the formula on any occasion. Knowledge is about knowing. To start knowing and feel it your self requires effort of course.
Education and practice with the right teacher is the key. There are many you can believe but once you know you just know it

Thought about trading the breakout of this little 5m channel we're in but if it goes up its directly into a 1h supply so i'll hold off and wait for clearer set ups

Although I expected a corrective movement down in the dollar my overall bias is bullish for dxy

Yesterday i scalped Gu long.But situation is very uncertain.2 march Gu went to daily short channel for many pips,was where,after went out of this channel.I looked this situation in history daily,usually if Gu eu go to this short daily channel,they never return.But Gu went out. If look big h1 channel,gu can visit about 1.41.But i cant beleive it.So i only scalp and wait reverse.

Is there any reason why you use the dxy or the dollar as reference? This is the cable tread!!

Ah sorry. I use it as a guide to where cable is going. It adds an extra confirmation- if you know where the dollar is going then you have a good idea where cable is going. Same with US Treasuries/UK Gilts. If you can combine all this info it gets you into much higher probability trades. For example if I have dxy at support at the same time as cable then it's a very high probability trade, just adds extra confluence.

For example that 60 pip jump yesterday NY sesh. That was all from referencing dxy. Sorry if it's confusing

That's fair, and I count myself as a Newbie i've only been at this seriously since November

Hoping that posting about it might encourage someone else to look into correlations, as it was for me-just seeing someone on FF post about it which led me to investigate. Digging deep into the interplay between markets was the key for me. I'm sure a lot of us are the same, completely self taught and looking for nuggets of information we can apply to our own trading. We are competing against the algos and hedge funds so any edge we can find is helpful. I should say i'm not trading dxy i'm purely using it to help me figure out where cable is going

People who post about Elliot wave and Fibonacci on this thread has helped me greatly too, thanks to everyone who takes the time to post a chart and their thoughts. I get a lot from this thread and others.

Anyways back to cable i'm seeing this kind of PA at the top of the channel, a breakout and retest might tempt me in but the purple area is all supply and could send us right back down. On the flip side I can easily see us failing to breakout and tanking down. So i'm waiting for now for a clearer picture to emerge. Dxy looks like its headed up so my guess is that cable will head down but not convinced enough to take a position

cable same price it was 100 HOURS ago with only wicks or legs in other words trading east in other words doing nothing, 100 HOURs, cable thread should be dead by now, what is there to talk about "NOTHING" now if it dropped 200 pips well then she is actually moving and something to talk about???
