Yes because that stimulas goes to financial market ,you need to imagine 2 economy's exist ,

1.the financial =which has the government and primary dealer banks and all those financial instruments .
then
2.The real economy which is us and the banks and productivity.

These two economies are separate completely ,which is why all the inflation goes to the stock markets etc so far ,
When you put money in the financial it takes a lot of time [if ever] to reach the real economy [everyone at large} .A bank has to lend it into existence from the financial or it needs to leak.

This is why the rich get richer in recent times as they have the assets (like stocks) and access to the new money first.

also ,You must see if you give a small group or large group money
the large group will spread it further and faster.

I think most Americans will spend all that money ,you're see green numbers out of US after because thats guaranteed GDP.
You know it, because it was created, not the completely unknown or tricky to calculate earned .

Drop 3 Trillion is probably 9 T GDP in a short space.
say guess 6 months, including 3 months to drop it.

The blue line is us and then theres gates to other markets {like a bank} when they drop to the household box thats the difference I'm talking about.
look at natural money flow if you drop in centre to Household
or
into the Financial ,the money is normally trapped.
