around 40 pips down
then it chase back up 40 pips

... all a bit rangy on 1hr now...see below. Price challenging the 1st upside obstacle and encountering some supply after the rise from a prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone =prev supp=pot supp.

Nice shorting opp, M pattern retracement leg to neckline/0.5 fib

Watch the dxy however, I think it wants to go further north but could reverse

At the 0.618 retracement now, if it goes further north then it's invalid

Edit- entered on the 0.618. Stop to BE asap. DXY in a triangle/pennant waiting to breakout. I think it can go higher

the support at 1.39320 seem to have found buyers which might not be a good sign for sellers looking at the resistance at 40955/41180.
