This is just bad RR, scalping is fine but you have to cut loose your losers quickly. On cable I need minimum 20 pips for a 10 pip SL but more likely 30/40. Not sure if it's truly scalping at this point

I can tell you every evening H4 daily H1 -GU should drop,during sideways in the night H1 become up again.but sooner or later big drop starts and fast.ifyou look daily.Im affraid to go long.On monthly you can see about 1.43 now,but trend on monthly up,it can be more in some period.Not only 1.41 but 1.43 in period.I think it reach now or some correction.But Gu is crazy.

Perhaps your right about the r/r, not sure if you can truly obtain traditional r/r on scalps. I'm going to experiment a tad. Not sure of the definition of scalping, but like I said, trying for 2-3 pips right now. I'm using 1hr charts btw.

...price has breached the 1hr desc t/line & 38.2% of the drop today to the upside and is now challenging a prev 1hr sw lo zone=prev supp=pot sbr with 50% of the drop today ie 4052-3980 running thru it. 1hr below.

I was not going for 2 - 3 pips. That was my first one. I was going for 10 pips. I reloaded at a lower price. This is something I do and so with both had a total loss of 20 pips. I was a bit late not getting out as I was writing a post! I have different targets depending on set-up. There are different levels of set-up and this one only ticked one box.

...15min bearish hidden div is present so long as 4026/27 holds but you have to ask what trend are you entering after a pullback? as price challenges prev 1hr sw hi zone=prev res=pot res, and 61.8% of the day's drop...chart in post above.

.. there is a fair chance the market has already priced some of this in and a fair chance too that Johnson's statement will be less hawkish than the market hopes for/expects, which could result in pressure on the £. Conversely, if it is a hawkish statement we could see renewed £ interest.

You know bullish only h1,if look h4 daily weekly drop any moment but with H1 step by step 1.43 is possible.But drop will be fast drop and drop.
