my two cents:
tp1 is good, tp2 can be even lower, but from the current PA you are selling into demand area, PA may ignore that if it is strong enough, but I think it is not. Don't worry of missing some good entry too mush, it is not right/wrong of the result, R:R and win ratio in the long run realy matter...
Low trading stress also important

Hold onto shorts I reckon, expected a bit of bounce here but the dollar has more room up

With that said I've cashed out cable and euro shorts for now

Why don't you take those 34 pips (guarantied by now). Enter long to another 21pips up (potential), and then short to 61 pips down (potential)?

Definitely possible to see a push up to the pivot in the near term, not a trade i'm taking but wait and see.
