If GU can base above 1.3678, it might be the turning point for later support..and rise is coming..

I posted this diversion pattern for cable on January 14th, warning of a potential drop. Today's daily chart has the setup looking likely that the fall may be imminent. The price really needs to hit around 1.36 first, when we may get a short-lived rally, but the price to me is looking like it's rolling over on the daily chart. The dollar index is looking like it has bottomed for a while as well. All in all, pretty ugly pa, but the short side is looking like it is going to gain the ascendency in the weeks ahead.

GBP news cannot drag the price to such low level. If you are really expecting price to reach your target it will happen gradually, not in a day or 2. BREXIT could have made big movements, but it didnt.
