They are hard to find because MT5 hasn't been around that long. My secondary broker ditched MT4 and now uses only MT5. The result is that I ditched that broker. Not having enough custom indicators is the biggest flaw of MT5. Good luck finding what you're looking for.
Here is a good price line alert indicator. All you have to do is to add the files in the respective folders of MQL4 and restart your MT4.
