True but practically speaking it makes zero difference its just a mirror image, unless you put different significance on each level but imo the most powerful are 0.382/0.618 which are mirrored

Hey, yea. Just looking at DXY, the dollar basket index. There was a gap in the chart overnight. In theory, and it's a pretty accurate theory, the price will come back to 'fill' the area that it missed out. It can happen at any time though. Others may have a way of predicting when it will happen. Sometimes price just seems to fill the area rapidly then reverse again, as if it can't continue without completing the task. The market will sometimes give you some clues as to when it will happen, but usually when its time it will happen in an impulse move, ie rapidly without retracement.

Some clues here, failing to pass R1 several times with pin bars, and bearish divergence on MACD. Also the purple area i've marked out as a supply/demand zone, an area to look for potential reversals
