Yes but this current January and 2020 January have produced less than 400 pips, which usually means VOLATILITY awaits in February for possible 550 - 700 pips range.

... that prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw lo zone = prev supp = potential supp down to 3609 has a 3 fib cluster 3622-09 there too, if tested by price may offer some support ? Ahead of that the prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone to y/day's lo.

eu data today quite good, swiss crap :-) next is USD & Cad in 3hrs all minor but if variance is high enough could move the market, otherwise bring on Feb 2021
