well kaysole, i thought i have been quite honest. cant say where is gonna stop exactly. But wont go much higher as the reversal indicator just popped in. If i was looking for longs, this was the time to stop.

I never insinuated that you weren't honest Bacco. I was just saying you should be more specific.

I, personally, think that price will probably go down to around 1.3590 and then bounce back up. However, I hope that your analysis is correct and makes a steeper move down.

...false 1st downside b/o of that little consolidation area on the lower t/f's (3627-14) ...price finding support at the 1st prev 1hr sw hi zone =prev res = pot rbs. Nothing at all on 4hr (gmt+2 candles) between current dly hi and that prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw hi zone to 3711 current dly/wkly uptrend hi...not so on 1hr..some potential obstacles...1hr below. 61.8% of the 3711-3519 move @ 3626.

This seems to be the end of the rise for now. Channel wall plus strong TDI divergence signals lower for now.

I was entertained reading the comments on this thread. LOL
A reversal occurs when a new trend is being formed. A trend is usually believed to happen on a longer time frame like H4 or daily. But one could say that a reversal occurs on an M15 chart as long as the price does not move in the previous direction any longer (till the end of the day).

Yes, u are right. I entered with my sell position only because of G/U 4hr. It was on resistance and stochastic/RSI were overbought. I will not use SL this time and my TP is still the same, 1.3510.

...not surprised it is strong res/sbr as it was a prev 1hr/4hr sw lo x 3 zone so previous strong support. 1hr below. An upside break of this zone could still see res - potential res factors shown on the 1hr chart posted below to 3711...and look on 4hr - heavy selling from 3711 in that area between current dly hi and said 3711. 4hr below also.

Hi RCtrader,

What you said is true that a reversal should mean the end of a current trend. However, the definition of a trend is also very subjective even if everyone was looking at the same timeframe, let alone different ones. Hence, in my opinion, it would be better to give more clarification in order not to confuse others.
