As you can see on weekly chart we can see bearish divergance on RSI. I bet downside this week.

PMI publication unfortunately only on Friday but I think that strong dollar this week plus weak data from UK could trigger my scenario with additional technical impuls as RSI divergance.

Since the 1.36230 area on the daily has acted as resistance a number of times recently and then as support last Wed and Thurs that was broken on Friday, it seems it would be a good possibility that price will retest this area and be rejected down. On the 1 Hour chart this area lines up with a 38.2 retracement.

This is the chart H4, but the analysis is about the chart daily.

- I'm waiting for an consolidation before the news of AUD. And the news will be an trap for the bulls or the bears.
- If the bulls push the price around 1.395, i'll sell the top before the news of EUR.
- If the bears to confirm the drop after the news of AUD, i'll search an bottom for to sell.

- The news of EUR will be bearish in my opinion. Let's see.

Here's my take on the GBPUSD. Price action on the H4 time frame formed a topping pattern as it entered the 1.37000 horizontal resistance area. Presently, it is in a bearish mode and located around the 1.35800 minor horizontal support area. A bearish breakdown of the area may lead to further bearish drive. This may see bears push for the 1.34150/1.33400 area (sandybrown), a horizontal support on the daily time frame.


I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
