I pay great attention to diversion patterns, on any time frame, as they are often the first indication of a potential change of direction or correction.

The 2 day is showing this one clearly. It hasn't got anywhere near completing yet, but worth paying attention to nevertheless.

Can someone explain to me the correlation between EUY/USD GBP/USD and EUR/GBP? I am short in GBP/USD but i can not understand if i need to watch the EUR/GBP pair. thank you.

Just to add to my last post identifying the 2-day diversion pattern on cable, and for those who overlook diversion in their analysis, here's a monthly chart showing the diversion on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, which I trade, at the end of 2019. I posted it on this forum warning dow traders of a potential correction. Of course, I knew nothing of covid, only what my charts were showing me, and we all know what happened in the early part of last year!

Ignore diversion at your peril!
