...prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone = prev res = pot res to 3500 the nearest upside obstacle for bulls....88.6% of the 3500-3304 fall in there and Wkly pivot which has been breeched twice already this week.

It looks like an impulsive move, not sure if it's wave C. There is a chance it's wave 3.

...I can't remember what part of the fisheries part of the deal it was now but it was reported that Uk wanted 25%, Eu 35%, (or vice versa,) but surely they have met in the middle @ 30% ?

Upside to 3624 is shown below re 1hr ....not shown are the remaining fibs of the 3624-3188 move which start with 76.4% of that move @ 3520. Also nearer the 3624 recent current yrly hi is 3617 = 38.2% 7188-1411. Dly R2 is 3543, Dly R3 is @ 3618.
