you need to concentrate on pound. dollar index is not so easy to trade because its intrinsic value does not depend on what pound does. euro has a major share in dollar index followed by yen, cable, swissy, aud, cad.

eur is 60% of the dollar index. euro has a target of 2660 so dolar index has room to fall

So overnight asian session we have moved into what at the moment is a 4H bull correction within the fractal structure of the daily/weekly upswing, with the fractal structure of the correction fully visible on the hourly


Currently we are only in the first swing of the correction and bears may get the opportunity for another good swing down but that depends on the type of correction this turns into, looking at where this correction should go it will probably be an abc type , well done to all the bears who traded the first swing and hopefully bulls will get the opportunity later today or next week to take price to new highs.

Bears should trade with caution as swing 2 of the bull correction is only just developing and should manage their trades accordingly
