Traders need to understand there are long term and short terms swings and trends acting on any market at the same time, its a difficult concept to grasp let alone visualise on a chart which is what makes trading so difficult.

An example is someone said that GY is going down so i had a look at the daily , long term swing is up short term swing is down , now you could short and get lucky or be unlucky as i was with cable the other day in the same situation or you could step out of your comfort zone of trading one dimensionally and take the long in the direction of the longer term swing . The ability to recognise the long and short term trends and swings can make a massive difference to your trading.


Again good example today with cable , one dimensional traders want to short , multi dimensional traders keeping long or adding in, now who is winning the battle here "longs". Maybe OA has a good multidimensional trading mind.
