Well im still scalping few pips here and there, very difficult to call today high as the cap for cable, I think if we break 1.31 then yes

3140 would be the H1 old resistance becomes support and then immediate support would be @3100

breaking 2 minor 15m supports on a single swing , very suspicious, imho i would wait for retest of the 3188 old resistance became support before even thinking about shorts, then we can get a small stop above the high, low risk trade.
