Price at the hi @ 89% of the 30day adr (132pips) and 50% ext of friday's pip range. Dly R2 sits in that zone to 3082 prev sw hi on 1hr/4hr/dly.

Lords will oppose it, this is not new, and after that it goes back to Commons and this ping-pong can go on for quite some time (but note UK has until end of the month to answer the EU letter threatening legal action).

But the story says government is going to withdraw the clauses to help negotiations. I can't see this happening, not until the final stages of negotiation if we get there. UK Govt had many opportunities to withdraw the clauses, but never indicated that they consider doing so, against all sorts of pressure they experienced because of that. I prefer to trust actions and not "people familiar with negotiations" mentioned by Bloomberg. Also timing of the article (just before market opened) was very convenient to start a bullish action.

Im like you. I prefer to trust actions instead useless talks. At the moment market is discounting only rumors.

Lets see, this afternoon there is the negotiatiors call, house of commons, and house of lors. Something will come out

Well, i have to say that i tend to agree with him and eu too, thats why i dont see the deal. Following eu laws means selling uk to eu, there wouldnt be any difference between leaving and staying. And eu cant undermine their market with unfair competion. Both have a point.
