its interesting last few days. this morning we dropped below 1.2890 for a but then a tweet sends a spike up. a bit like a comment yesterday sent things tumbling. This pair wont let technicals do their job as comments and tweets are sending everything haywire. BoJo and Trump both needs muzzles!

it seems DXY wanna go higher again from this price.. we may see GU on the push down again..
And on my Chart GU still have unfinished bussines down there before going up

so atm i will go with short.. untill i see strong confirmation about buyer coming in

normally first thing in the morning i open the chart i set up support resistance and key levels. then i check what asia did and if the european session could be a continuation of their movement. With all this brexit drama and back and forth all that goes to s*it ahahahah.
First thing now i have to check twitter

My short closed due to trail stop hitted.

I will look to buy as we close hr1/hr4 above daily open.

G/M...hope all are well. Back from hols- self isolating for 2 weeks so I guess a lot of trading....Straight back in today - could be a big move around UK PM Johnson's statement later today re his 15th October deadline for sufficient Eu brexit trade deal progress (yesterday.) If he pulls out - then likely will be a big move south re £ ?

EDIT: On closer inspection it's not quite engulfing (trend line got in way lol)

mate u cant take a long/short only for an engulfing. there are many things to take in consideration. i suggest you to dig a bit more.

If you want to read something, this gives a general smattering (technical analysis by john murphy) it helps you to get familiar with trading and how things might work. Then, when you finish the book and you are done, there is another mountain to climb, find a system that works and stick to it.

But over books and courses the main teacher is the experience.
