I agree with you.
Should wait to see what NY session brings before entering new trade for GBP.
I feel GBP is feeling the weight of two issues: the bank report regarding major banks, and BREXIT.
All European index already at more than -3%.

i am reading the analyzes published here and everyone wants to figure out if they are moving in the right direction up or down.
but we really definitely need to know what the right direction is.
just sit on one of the buses, no matter where you go.
this is the trend trade.
