Disliked{quote} Totally incorrect. Imagine you have 1 position and it is in loss. Your equity go down. Do you have a loss? No.Ignored

Disliked{quote}So by you if i buy 1 lot, the market goes down 200 pips if i hedge i dont have a loss, your broker must be great, mind sharing wich broker you are trading at i am really interested in knowing that.Ignored
Disliked{quote} At the end of the day you folks don't have it within you to comprehend what it is that you are actually doing. It's remarkable. But that's the hard truth... you just don't have what it takes to even understand your own nonsense, even when it's spelled-out for you. It's beyond many of you, and thus you will receive ridiculeIgnored
Disliked{quote} Because you must sell not 1, but more. For example 2. Then your virtual loss = distance between long and short + spread + swap + 2*commissions. But next one short will gain you profit. How can you don't understand this since 2018... I think you just trolling. Anyway this thread is about hedging, not hedge vs sl.Ignored

DislikedSo you 100% sure that after your SL and opening new position price will go the way you want? But how the hell you lost your first one then?Ignored
Disliked{quote} And if mine goes wrong i will use the stop loss again, and buy 1 lotIgnored
DislikedI don't know that and that's why I don't use SL. If it will go wrong way again I'll open 2x LONGS higher. This is the main hedge feature, that price movement expands! In your example you will get 2 SL in a row. In my example I'll have floating loss and quit with profit ones price will move (doesn't matter which way).Ignored
