Also we have a lot of confluence at the high ,which I pointed to before the fall.
as I said thats just a long wicked reversal theres no candle pattern there, other than the wick, until the inverted off support

60 pips for EUR isn't small nowadays. 200 for gold is not huge, but it broke momentum going from yesterday. I look at hourly, the graph is not pretty.

Clear indication that bears are all out for friday low.
However support could still be active at 1.28150. Otherwise once broken price could be open for a dive.

Hi Guys,
Trading never easy is it?. They will confuse the living shit out of you. These deep retraces are common with swing reversals aka stop hunts, manipulation, and so forth. I have had numerous trail stops taken out today but also have re-entered buy trades. For me, remaining calm and patient is of the utmost importance, when these things happen.

Price touched my daily open and has been up since then. We shall see.

...likely to be another bullish daily candle now ..certainly on my broker timings....(gmt+3) Relatively subdued pip range so far today - 112 still decent @ 88% of 30 day adr. As Wg intimated in his post above - just that type of day. 4hr has now seen 2 x fractal HL's now and starting with the effective current weekly lo just above Friday's low the 1st HL, a H, 2nd HL and a HH... and could be a 3rd HL depending on close of this 4hr candle....

I guess a lot are waiting for the selling to start again to see a downside follow thru on last week's bearish weekly candle ? 1hr is below, showing the asc t/line and 76.4% / DP bounce at the current pullback lo off the current daily hi. Rangy-bullish on this t/f atm.

I'm treating the friday lo as a fractal L now on the daily t/f even though strictly it isn't (re the candle config) ...this is because the gap down from fri close may/almost certainly was all broker spread widening at open and if this was the case there would be a wick on Mon's candle at bottom making that swing a true fractal...daily is below and this can be seen - so we have a fractal swing L now below the last 3 x HL's in that t/f's general PA uptrend. A 2nd LH - if it occurs would have to come below 3034.
