Yarrr me maties! Teh insane pirate yellow pufferfish is back on Cable with a conviction trade! Luke has gone long on Cable at these levels and intends to add to it if price declines. His long term target is 1.57- 1.60ish

He's gone berserk! I have NO idea where he got that target from. What are his lid-less fish eyes seeing that I am not?

I must add that Luke is nowhere near as bullish on EUR as he is on Cable. He things EUR will rise more too, but Cable will be the big winner of the two. Guess what, this means he's entered on heavy EURGBP shorts too! But that's another thread, another drama

Looking at the monthly chart bulls seem to be gaining strenght. But as for now a test of the 1.28 area this week seems quite likely and maybe of the 1.2650 area at the beginning of the next month. Before making a buy call we'll have to wait for a daily close/open above 1.3252. Should it happen (I think it will) we will see a huge rally with a first target @ 1.50 and a second target @ 1.575/1.59 after a pullback toward 1.435 or deeper @ 1.39. It's monthly chart, it will take time but above 1.3252 that's what I see. {image}
The close of August confirmed the bullish bias and setup. Of course on the monthly chart a retracement of a few hundreds pips is very normal. 1.3170 is the natural target of this pullback but 1.28 still in play before the rally begins.

Here is the big one. We are at the H1 Head and Shoulders neckline. A break will target a minimum of 1.3070. The next 5 to 10 hours are critical.
