I'm sorry but that facility is not currently available.

Each trader has their own way of processing the details of Laura's system, and trying to accommodate everybody's wish lists would, apart from being a never-ending task, add even more settings to what is an already complex indicator. Hence the philosophy behind the indicator is to generically alert traders that a relevant price pattern has occurred, and then allow them to wait for all of their personal nuances (RSI values, EMA(8) vv SMA(200), trendlines, key levels ("look left"), trend strength, MTF criteria, RR potential, etc etc) to be met, and decide for themselves whether it meets their criteria of a valid setup.

There are other reasons too. The indicator has many features and the code appears to be stable. Unless anybody has a brilliant idea that would be useful to everybody in the community, I'm reluctant to run the risk of introducing bugs by making further enhancements. I would also want to ask Laura's permission before implementing anything new.

Thanks for responding David, I was under the impression that according to Laura's rules we need to have the next 2 time frames agreeing with our current TF, thats why I asked so as to reduce the amount of false signals.

Fair point, the 7th paragraph in post #1 of Laura's thread reads as follows:

"In addition to the SMA200 being on our chosen timeframe chart, we also can see at a glance whether price is above or below SMA200 thanks to the multi-timeframe dashboard in the bottom right corner. Green means price is above, red means below. I would advise against ignoring this bias, especially the 4 timeframes most relevant to your trading style. If you trade short timeframes, you particularly want to pay attention to the M1-M30. If you are a longer term trader, pay most attention to the H1-W1 timeframes. As a general rule, you want at least 2 of your relevant timeframes to be green for longs or red for shorts."

Sorry but I'd forgotten about that. I haven't been following this strategy for the last few weeks.

I will look at implementing an option along these lines in the next release, but I'm not sure when I'll get round to it. There's a few hours work involved because the alerts (in particular) require a lot of testing.

firstly I would like to thank you for this tool. I was wondering if you are able to assist me with a problem I have with this particular broker I use ,I'm not encountering the problem with any other broker. The broker uses a suffix for pairs (eg. EURUSD.lmax).
All pairs aren't showing up on scanner ,I tried to add suffix to no avail. Is it possible that you can assist me ? (The only pairs displayed without the suffix)

Sorry I can't attempt to troubleshoot because my broker doesn't use a suffix. Nobody else has reported this problem, hence I assume that the indicator works correctly. It makes no sense that the indicator would display some pairs but not others. Please make sure that you were typing .lmax into the SymbolsSuffix parameter. Or you could try listing all of the pairs in Symbols with an equal sign in front of them and using the full identifier, for example
=EURUSD.lmax,=GBPUSD.lmax,=USDJPY.lmax,=AUDUSD.lmax, .........
and leaving the SymbolsSuffix parameter empty.

Hi DiscO, I can confirm that displaying of symbols with suffix works correctly, as expected.
Attached are my symbols (all with "_ecn" suffix) and indicator settings.

Many thanks sir for the feedback. I can't test this facility, as my broker doesn't use suffixes.

Mike as a non techie -I am using London capital Groups 'LCG Trader.' ( A white label version of Trader) I note that you mention 'Roadmap could be loaded onto CTrader. Do you think it is possible that the white label version of Trader used by LCG markets would accept 'Roadmap' and if so how does one import it to Trader, if this is possible of course?

Hello sir,

If you're running Windows 10, you could try this to confirm whether the "Wingdings 3" font is installed on your computer. If it's not installed (which is what your screenshot suggests), please install it as described in the link in post #1, or Google "how to install a font in Windows 10", or get a friend to help you. If the font is installed, try restarting MT4. After that, I'm sorry, I have run out of ideas. It works ok on my computer, and nobody else has reported the same problem.
