the price at some point goes down... it will definiely go down.

We as retailers should have reasonable level as short entry and manage risk level.

Day traders job is easy, I tell you.

If bullish on daily TF and 4 hr TF, One has to see proper long entry in 15 min chart, and capture 30 to 40 pips, be done with that.

The price, over the years i have seen, reversal pattern occurs in NY session,

If the price manages to close around daily open, then i would short next day.

Or else, long entry is option next day too.

However, take the case today.... if no retrace at all, then tomorrow tokyo open, short entry is good

Its still a good idea to see a confirmation candle... Trading off a level or taking profit at a level before any evidence on a longer timeframe always was an epic fail for me.. Thats why i never add levels on my charts any more...even the 1.30 level is of no interest to me, unless we get some huge moves off of it. So its not worth adding the level because the price action will show it (BIG BEAR CANDLE)

Hi Guys,

Interesting times. GU has finally made it to my yearly pivot at 1.2908 and currently above at 1.29469. Could we be in for a new bullish cycle? Interestingly EurUsd is at my yearly med resistance 2 at 1.1742. Eurgbp is currently coming off my yearly res 1 at 0.9103. Simple analytics tell me that that the pound could strengthen over the Euro in the near future and the pound has lagged behind up to now.

Anyway, the proof will be in the pudding over the next few weeks.

I hold onto my buy positions.

guru dont exist in a market you guess and sometime not lucky..

they only pin point just like you and market do what it feel like in favor of the banks

i think we do almost the same..

using the previous day candle direction and using the next 12hr direction it super amazing entry on 1hr candle close when prio day and recent day 12hrs matches the direction

1.2930-50 is a crucial monthly resistance, it have to retrace downward or else a base above here will be a very bullish signal for next month.
TBH I find no reason for all this strong bull move!
GBP is too much overvalued!
My technical analysis leading trades depend on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Chart

having come close to 3000, it may test 3000 if not today, may be tomorrow.

Any selling should find support around 2900.

IMO
Intraday only.

Thanks, Don, yes it is true and I don't like paying swaps over to my broker, nevertheless I do get into trades with positive swaps to more or less balance out the negatives.

I strongly feel we are going to 2010. FOMC is tomorrow. If you can hedge to stop the bleeding do that, but if you jump... ouch. We ARE going to sell. It is just going to hurt a lot before we do. Someone once put it best. You don't lose the trade until you close it.

I prefer to throw stones. They make more of a statement.
