Here you can see the daily chart see its bullish but you cant see really what price is actually doing
look on the 23 hour chart you can see price is clearly forming a demand level and holding....

Top is daily
bottom is 23 hour

... re 1hr...false 1st b/o to upside...then false 1st b/o to downside...trapping buyers then sellers doubtless...market playing with / trapping B/O traders lol....if you accept that most 1st b/o's are false then the question as to why is partly or wholly answered in this observation, depending on your point of view/understanding of market dynamics/behaviour.
