Good Day Everyone, came across this thread a few weeks ago and decided to join because trading can be a lonely activity. Glad I came across it, now I can have discussions with like minded people about trading.

Just want to share my 2 cents on how i see Cable. Please don't follow my analysis blindly, just sharing my thoughts. I am a newbie in this industry. (Diagrams shown on second screen shot are for bull market correction so just switch them upside down for bear market)

Black-Star, very nice scenarios but keep in mind also that triangles can appear in double and triple threes

It was a good reversal and i see at least 50-60 pips upward first. I don't think bulls will leave this reversal without capitalizing. Just my opinion..

weekly still not bearish or even daily wants a last leg up try , so waiting it finish the job for and give next swing down signal to hold any trades. risky plays .

Here is what is think for the next upcoming week.
GU has held up in some strong support zone. As you can see from the chart it is trapped in the 2500 and 2550 regions. Hene a break of 2550 will expose 2600 and 2700.
Currently, the bias for the month is Bullish which has made 310pips range which is almost 50% of the July average pip range. The next 50% may likely complete the month at higher price. Only two weeks more to go. Let see what happens

I may be wrong. These are just my observations.

thank u for the chart and for the analysis

i think it wrong to trying to guess which s/r will break first.
We have a range of 200 pips that is only getting shorter
Every time it just gets close to the 2600+ range it drops and it gets closer to the 2500 it flies

for me the start of the week will get us the direction, until then NO TRADE.
for those who cant resist best for now is buying or selling just the top or the bottom of this range with tight SL. how tight? max 5 for me..
p.s the range is 2470-2660
