the thing is that USD and GBP are both weak, so definitely is going to be ranging

Look both of them are weak

so it's a trading time one needs to be very careful

one of the secrets in trading is you don't trade both strong or weak currencies, if you really wan to trade today look for currencies that and opposite, i hope this helps, that's one of my little contribution and numerous to come

Nice chart. One thing for newbie traders to note. When these Moving Averages start to getting bunched up like this chart. You start getting this chop.

Always watch the daily and it's range. A lot of useless chatter is unnecessary.
In about 2 hours, this will start moving and it looks like a continuation lower. Anything before that is nil.
I will take a short IF it reaches 1.2580, SL at 1.2620 with a TP at 1.2451
