Could be a level that traders have leaned on for support and resistance for years...the 70 mark does seem to be like that no matter what price cable is ...

Someone mentioned earlier the contraction of the 20 bol bands on 1hr...suggesting a consolidation in price and certainly, 1hr PA bears this out recently...just that type of market - hi-prob trading opps mainly coming on the lower t/f's.....Likely 1hr bullish close in a few minutes off the 100 DMA creating a new 1hr asc t/line joining 2 fractal lo's. Desc t/line the nearest upside obstacle on that t/f. 1hr chart below.
