Looking at 1 hr chart, 1.2170 should be taken out for the bears to take control.

Well, this is forex. We dance to the tune of the stronger: bull or bear. PA has swung back to H1 average. M5 average is still holding but we have a bullish engulfer on M15. Dicey at the moment but it shall be clearer soon
