If you trade more than 60 minutes you're doing it wrong.

I trade every 2 days for 15 minutes each...
Mostly reading 3-4 headlines, setting TP, and limits and looking at profits.

Get your macro sorted out first.
This is what most of the hedge funds do
Have a really strong reason/s to buy or sell- related to fundamentals

eg:

Longs

On the pound: 2-3 positive news stories
Neg/neutral news on the dollar
A cheap price

Reverse for shorts

Eg: reasons - Brexit news, trade deals, vaccine news, changes in interest rate bias

Until then sit on your hands and follow the news

You'll have 4-5 trades a month and do pretty well out of it.
Look ahead, Macro=Direction, Levels & Structure = Entry

Its not just we are losers. But you need to take another rounds. did you check the USDX?
look the H1 Pattern . It might go Up for a day and go down break the support and Resistance.
