Stop Hunting using Sentiment and Market Structure

Some really big ranges today for a Monday. UJ was a rocket.

Thinking tomorrow is going to be more of a balanced day to fill in some of these ranges.

What is your definition of a 'value area'? Can you please show it on any chart?

A value area is taken from concepts with market profile.

It is where price spends 70% of it's time during the trading session (typically by using entire fx day but can be broken down into asia, london, ny sessions)

When using a Market Profile indicator... time and price typically want to create a balanced market with a bell shape curves like the attached image.

It can go down to take out all Stops at 1.0765 , then shoot upward to collect Stop Loss of short traders.

How about just the dollar (DXY)?

I haven't checked it yet. In fact i am not familiar with DXY.

Last week we had a great trade on USDCAD long and GBPUSD short. NZD shorting everything was also very profitable.

It was a slow week to start but as always - there are opportunities.
